Senior Counsellor & Process Associate

• Provide guidance and counseling to students interested in pursuing higher education in Australia and the USA.
• Assist students with the application process, including documentation, visa requirements, and university admissions.
• Conduct thorough research on universities, courses, and scholarships available in Australia and the USA.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in education policies, immigration regulations, and visa procedures for Australia and the USA.
• Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and educational institutions to ensure smooth progress throughout the application process.
• Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations to promote educational opportunities in Australia and the USA.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure timely and accurate submission of student applications.
• Provide pre-departure guidance to students regarding accommodation, travel arrangements, and cultural adjustments.
• Assist in resolving any issues or concerns faced by students during their studies abroad.

Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English

Languages Known: English, Hindi, Telugu

• 1-3 years of experience in the field of overseas education.
• Good knowledge of overseas education systems, particularly in Australia and the USA.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Graduation/Post-graduation in any discipline.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and educational institutions.
