Position: Sales Executive Location: Riyadh/ Al Khobar Basic Functions and Responsibilities1. Greets guests as they enter the shop, ask whether they would like assistance withanything and provide help if needed in a friendly, hospitable and efficient manner2. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing productknowledge3. Remain knowledgeable about merchandise, sales, promotions and store policy andanswer all related inquiries4. Provide recommendations based on customer’s stated preferences, needs and desires5. Provides outstanding customer service6. Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records7. Manages financial transactions8. Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or othercredit and debit cards.9. Accountable and accurate in reconciling receipts10. Alerts management of potential security issues11. Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise12. Straighten, arrange, stock and dust off merchandise, maintain shelving areas as directedby management and participate in the designing of displays in windows and on tables13. Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and futuremerchandise of potential interest14. Resolving customer issues and disputes15. Preparing basic opening and closing reports16. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Minimum Qualification1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required (Degree or experience inMarketing or related field is a plus)2. At least 1 year retail experience3. Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and the ability to learn new technologies4. Excellent verbal communication skills5. Proficient in verbal and written English language6. Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service7. Outstanding customer service skills8. Ability to work a flexible schedule9.
