Job Title: Crusher Operation DirectorDepartment: Crusher siteDetailed Work Profile:Monitor and supervise crusher plant operations, focusing on breakdowns and improving machine efficiency.Conduct comprehensive reports for every machine breakdown, detailing the incident and proposed solutions.Implement maintenance strategies to prevent breakdowns and enhance overall equipment effectiveness.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on crusher plant operation and machine maintenance.Conduct weekly meetings to discuss maintenance issues, improvements, and collaborate with different departments.Ensure effective communication skills to interact seamlessly with various departments and personnel.Oversee the movement and operation of movable vehicles on the site.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the site.Supervise and coordinate the activities of site personnel.Collaborate with relevant departments to optimize site performance.
