Customer Support Assistant

• Ensure high level of Customer Service through excellent Sales & Service.
• Handle walk-in customers and understand their needs.
• Sale of Products. Upselling and Cross selling of Products/services.
• Maintain & Achieve Weekly/Monthly sales targets.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and Visual Merchandising standards.
• Answer Queries about Products and services.
• Assist with Inventory Management, Stock count on daily basis and maintaining the record in the register.
• Explain Product, Services & Offers to customers.
• Properly Stack & Display Products in section for sale.
• Maintain registers and update it daily. Registers include Daily Sale record, daily Stock count & daily Customer Data.
• Maintaining Grooming standards and Discipline on working hours.
• Daily Reporting to Supervisor in charge.
