Lead - Reverse Engineer role

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact with system and software engineering department to define and lead the integration and
validation activities;
• Interact with EE architect and Electrical Design Engineer for the harness specification;
• Interact with vendors/subcontractors to define the SOW (scope of work) and review the products
and artefacts;
• Be able to understand the original vehicle documentation;
• Build a Plan/strategy to reverse the vehicle to get CAN/LIN communication and electrical wiring
details;
• Deliver all defined artefacts needed for integration/ adaptations/ testing and homologation;
• Define how every originalsystem could achieve its mission without regression after electrification;
• Use diagnostics methodologies for sensors and controllers;
• Verify the wiring and use measurement devices for electrical checks;
• Use in-house software for communication/diagnostic checks.

Candidate will be responsible for leading the activities around reverse engineering of the original internal
combustion engine-based vehicle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or related technical field required;
• 7-10 years of experience in Electrical/Electronics/SW;
• Minimum 3 years in Electric vehicles engineering;
• Prior team management experience preferred;
• Minimum 5 years in work experience in automotive domain;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Team player and ready to integrate in a multicultural team environment.
• Should be agile, bring new ideas and lead brainstorming sections.
