Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Administer project activities and coordinate
with contractors, engineers, supervisory teams,
and all consultants.
- Develop and execute project plans according
to bar charts and schedules, ensuring high-
quality work within strict timelines.
- Oversee the entire site operations from
initiation to completion.
- Implement cost-effective measures while
maintaining quality standards.
- Make necessary decisions in the absence of
higher management.

- Adhere to project timelines and ensure
synchronized efforts from all departments for
timely completion.
- ensure sight execution is as per the Bar charts

Communication Skills

Must be fluent and knowledgeable in all
departments and coordinate with respective
consultants/engineers/supervisors/clients to
execute according to drawings

Languages Known Hindi, English

Key Competencies (Knowledge, Skills,
Attitude & Behavior)

- Oversee cost control in alignment with
predefined budgets.
- Supervise the project from initiation to
possession, ensuring compliance with quality
standards.
- Conduct daily and weekly team meetings and
engage in regular discussions with top
management to facilitate a smooth project
progress and departmental synchronization.

A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a
similar role, managing large-scale projects.
