Area Manager LFS, RMBO’S & EBO’S

1. Team Leadership:o Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve individual andteam sales targets.o Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customerservice skills, and sales techniques. 2. Sales Strategy:o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and marketshare in the men's fashion retail segment.o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities forgrowth and improvement. 3. Department Stores, Regional Multi Brand Stores & EBO’s Operations:o Oversee day-to-day operations of LFS, RMBO’S & EBO’S and to ensure a seamlessand positive customer experience.o Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to maintainoptimal stock levels. 4. Customer Service:o Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring that all team members provideexceptional customer service.o Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customersatisfaction. 5. Visual Merchandising:o Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure that the layout anddisplays align with brand guidelines and attract customers. 6. Performance Analysis:o Regularly analyze sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), andother relevant metrics.o Develop action plans to address areas of improvement and capitalize onstrengths.7. Budget Management:o Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to the budgetary guidelines.8. Market Expansion:o Identify opportunities for new store openings or expansions within thedesignated area.o Work with the senior management team to develop and execute plans for market growth.
