Job Title: Panel OperatorDepartment: Crusher siteDetailed Work Profile:Machine Operation: Operate control panels and machinery used in the crushing process, including crushers, conveyors, screens, and other related equipment.Monitor Equipment: Monitor and control the operation of crushers and associated equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes.Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions with the machinery and take appropriate corrective actions to minimize downtime.Quality Control: Monitor material quality and adjust equipment settings as necessary to meet product specifications and quality standards.Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment performance, and any maintenance or repair work carried out.Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance staff, and other team members to coordinate work activities and address any issues or concerns.
