Franchise Recruitment: Identify and recruit potential franchisees who are suitable to
operate a franchise within the company's network. This involves conducting market
research to identify target locations and demographics, attending franchise exhibitions and
trade shows, and should be well versed with the Franchise model of operations and should
be able to guide and scale up franchisee business.
Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate leads and inquiries from prospective
franchisees. This may include digital marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and
networking with industry professionals. Conduct market surveys, and drive Identification
and empanelment activity of franchises across the region, identify new Investors, build and
maintain business relationships, initiate contact in the first instance, support the sales
process, and achieve sales goals.
Responsible for expanding the franchise network through all forms of marketing
Qualification Process: Screen and qualify potential franchisees to ensure they meet the
company's criteria and standards. This involves evaluating their financial capabilities,
business experience, and alignment with the company's values and brand. Negotiating and
completing all necessary franchise documentation and agreements on time, should be well
versed with the Franchise model of operations ROI
Franchise Sales Process: Guide potential franchisees through the franchise sales process,
providing information, answering questions, and addressing concerns. This includes
providing franchise disclosure documents, facilitating meetings with key stakeholders, and
negotiating terms and conditions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchisees. Address
inquiries, concerns, and provide ongoing support to foster successful partnerships.
Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to
franchising. Work with legal counsel to develop and update franchise agreements.
Finalize corporate alliances for franchise expansion with prospective clients/brands.
Acquire new clients through corporate tie-ups and business development from new and
existing clients.
Make personal visits to corporate clients to deliver presentations and ensure maximum
customer satisfaction.
Maintain regular interaction with key clients to build relationships and expand business
opportunities.
Handle brand and investor portfolio.
Sell various brands (or business/franchising concepts)
Screen investor portfolio to identify the best fit based on investment bandwidth, location,
and work profile.
Work as an interface between brand and investors to close franchises up to signing
agreement.
Maintain communication between brand and investor to increase the success ratio for
closures.
Develop and implement suitable solutions and inputs to increase the closure probability for
both clients and investors.
Good communication & presentation Skills.
