Senior Service Engineer

Monitoring and oversee service and repair of equipment under AMC and to ensure
timely follow up for AMC renewal.
ï‚· Attend the call regarding preventive maintenance and breakdown.
ï‚· Technical support service after sales to customer.
ï‚· Demonstration and installation of devices/equipments.
ï‚· Use of electrical and optical tests equipment.
ï‚· Industries related to this profile: Semi conductors/Laser/ Fibre optics/Telecom/PCB
Manufacturing/CNC Service Engineer/ Healthcare equipment.
ï‚· Being the face of IPG Photonics, it is extremely essential to be disciplined &
courteous in terms of response, communication & documentation, key being the
quality and speed
ï‚· Educate customer about the various features of IPG products in line with service
team guidelines
ï‚· Act and behave in line with the guiding principles of IPG Photonics
ï‚· Responsible for /control/clearance and forwarding of products and proper recording
of the usage 
ï‚· Be pro-active in networking within the areas and zones to learn from each other and
replicate best practices.   

ï‚· builds solid customer relationships while managing a complex scope of support
issues of customers by acting as an onsite technical resource      
ï‚· Responsible for providing service training to customers to desired approved levels

Person having working knowledge of our or competitor Lasers.
ï‚· Should have some experience in supervisory level.
ï‚· Person should be open to travel to customer locations to discuss and provide
support to customer and provide feedback to service head quarter.
ï‚· Should be aware of the importance of Maintenance of machines.
ï‚· Having experience of handling customer calls and maintaining records for the repair
done/ service provided.
ï‚· Clear Vision without spectacles.

5-6 years of Experience in Optoelectronics, semiconductors, automations, electronic
services along with highly skilled fresh graduates done relevant projects with respect
to preferred areas as mentioned above.
ï‚· Knowledge on engineering operations and production will be preferred.
