Position Overview: The Legal Disputes Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing legaldisputes for our clients in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for handlinga variety of legal matters, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the effective resolutionof disputes. Key Responsibilities: Dispute Management: Legal Analysis: Representation: Documentation and Reporting. Compliance.Qualifications:ï‚· Bachelor & degree in Law; advanced degree or certification is a plus.ï‚· The law degree may be obtained from any Middle East country or a UK Law SchoolThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a LegalDisputes Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.ï‚· Knowledge of the Bahraini legal system and regulations is essential.ï‚· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent written andverbal communication abilities, are prerequisitesï‚· The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and possess a presentable demeanor for client interactions,especially with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs).ï‚· A positive attitude and strong character, along with enthusiasm for continuouslearning, are highly valued traits.
