Part of the Core team on the Sales counter
• Ensure maximum consumer satisfaction, customer care and help maximise conversions
• Maintain database of all customers walk ins with follow up on non converted consumers
• Generate new ideas for augment customer walk ins and customer retention
• Work as a team with other members of the organization to ensure smooth functioning on
a daily basis
• Collecting customer feedback and making an analysis of customer feedback as part of
consumer research, which can be shared with the Brand Team, Sales and
Merchandising department, to help plan future marketing campaigns, sales strategies
and inventory & merchandising.
• Ensuring safety of the products against damage, theft, misplacement
• Planning, successful execution and follow up for a diverse range of Customer Retention
Management campaigns that include in store events, gifting, rewards, etc.
• Understanding and analyzing the customer database that includes customer profile and
buying patterns to help design customized & personalized communication & gifting
solutions to suit individual customer needs
• Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and half-yearly reports to Director
• Should be comfortable to travel in the city or even outside for work related projects
• To maintain business secrecy and not disclose / divulge / publish, during tenure of your
employment or subsequently, any confidential and secret information concerning the
business or finance of the Company.
