Sales Manager

Having sales knowledge, preferably from IT sales and Staff Augmentation and he knows
the market very well.
- Need to check on the revenues and target they are achieving.
Also if they don't have Staff Augmentation experience than also it is fine but that person
should have experience in IT and Recruitment markets throughout.
- Should have a ready pool of customers whom we can onboard. We are looking for
someone with a proven track record in sales and growth in the specific market.
- We are open for candidates for :-

ï‚· it service based project 
ï‚· fixed cost projects
ï‚· dedicated/ staff augmentation
ï‚· franchise sales
- The candidate would represent the AIS Group in all aspects.

Candidates need to have a strong presence in enterprise accounts.
- Candidates should have strong experience in T&M engagement of different technologies.
- Candidates should have a strong track record of success.  
- Candidates should have strong communication and presentation skills.
- Candidates should be able to respond to RFP and be able to understand engagement
documentation and process.
- Candidates should be able to stay on field.

Candidates should have experience in Staff Augmentation and hunting and farming
experience in IT.
