Executive to be compensated in terms of base pay and commission based on sales target. Roles & Responsibilities : Execute sales of Company’s range of products in the assigned territory and achieve agreed target. To remain updated about our products and policies and to strategize/plan for selling our products in the market. To Regularly visit the assigned market, to meet Dealers, Construction sites, Builders, Shutter Manufacturers, etc. to ensure that Sales Targets are met. To ensure that Weekly cycle/plan of Sales is strictly adhered to. Implement Promotional Activities and Suggest new Promotional Methods/ Activities as per requirement. Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly sales plans for sale. Prepare monthly sales report. Remain informed and up-to-date with regards to Industry/Market related news & information; competitors’ activity, product knowledge and report developments to the management. Regularly communicate with the customers and or dealers with regards to their material needs Regularly update the dealers visits and their feedback in spreadsheet format Required Skills : Should Have Good Communication Skills. Ability to convince and sell the products to customer over a call/ in a meeting. Able to think strategically and build relationships with customers. Go-getter attitude accompanied with ethical approach towards customers and organization. Negotiation and Presentation skills. Have the potential to take initiatives in executing the sales targets. Must identify new opportunities; be persistent in working towards them. Preferred Qualification : Graduation / MBA / Any Other Specialization Should have at least 2 years of experience in sales & marketing. Candidates from Paint, Construction and Civil industry would be preferred.
