Key roles and responsibilities:
ï‚· Formulation and execution of sales and marketing strategies, pricing,new product launch decisions
ï‚· Business development and build new nominations, handle key global and regional accounts, guide the sales teams for consistent growth in sales
ï‚· Financial accountability for all sales collections and decisions on credit
ï‚· Manage organizational sales through:
o Preparation of annual and quarterly sales budgets which covers sales targets, revenue & expense plans o Track sales goals &
trade policies and safeguarding Company’s credit policy
ï‚· Develop brand strategy and coordination with any external agencies for implementing the same
ï‚· Maintain key relationships on behalf of Unique Tags with external stakeholders such as Associations/ Government Bodies/ other agencies
ï‚· People management and leadership activities:
o Providing clear direction on targets and training the team to ensure business performance
o Boost motivation and morale of the team to ensure positive performance and individual growth of the teams
o Build, lead, inspire high caliber teams which ensures continuous growth for all and the company
o Effective evaluation and appraisals of managers, with strong succession planning for key roles
