Field Welder

Job Title: Field Welder Department: Crusher SiteDetailed Work Profile:Perform welding and cutting activities on various machines, including crushers, vibrating screens, and conveyors.Maintain site cleanliness and perform general labor activities, such as shoveling around belts and crushers.Conduct daily checks on conveyors, screen decks, and crusher boxes.Clean, lubricate, and perform routine maintenance on machinery.Report crusher issues and required wear parts to the supervisor promptly.Monitor plant operations to ensure safety and consistent production.Listen for unusual noises or indications of errors.Maintain strong communication with the panel operator for efficient and safe workflow.Remove buildup from under or around crushers and beltlines.Inspect belt scale, clean daily, and record scale readings.
