Develop creative briefs and provide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertisingand public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assetsï‚· Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customerlifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channelsï‚· Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budgetguidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales supportï‚· Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate withsenior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgetsï‚· Should be able to manage the complete Event management like participation in exhibitionsright from the coordinating on floor layout, design, costing, negotiations, display, resourcinglocal vendors, managing contractual vendors for different locations of events, awareness ofcommercial implications of transportation norms while moving machines or products fordisplay during the event, to drive the vendors & their labour force to get things done on-time, etc. i.e. managing events single handedly.ï‚· Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customerconversions, and generate more qualified leads ï‚· Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis,and optimize accordinglyï‚· Effectively working with the market survey & research tools like extracting data from Govtimport portals and channels and doing analytical studies to evaluate the market size interms of total available market, addressable market, obtainable market, present marketshare, etc… i.e. TAM, SAM, SOM,….and defining effective strategies and plans withmanagement to enhance the sales targets and business.ï‚· Develop strategies and tactics on digital marketing tools to get the word out about ourcompany and drive qualified traffic to our front doorï‚· Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation toexecutionï‚· Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and convertsour target groupsï‚· Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendorsï‚· Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocatefunds wiselyï‚· Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochuresand case studiesï‚· Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assessagainst goalsï‚· Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
