• Reading data from digital documents such as invoices, reimbursement claim forms and documentation to automate the process of data entry

• Providing an easier way to create, store, maintain and retrieve financial records

• Automating the billing processes and sending timely reminders to clients in case of late payments

• Reducing the risk of billing errors and fraudulent activities
