We have urgent opnening for "Factory Manager" in Dubai Opening. Position: Factory ManagerExperience – 15 yrs.Qualification – Mechanical Engineer from a premium institute preferably from IIT or NIT. Job Description: Factory Manager must ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and cost effectivefactory operations adhering to the required quality standards and must have adequate knowledgefor production planning, organizing, manpower management, recruitment etc. Responsibilities: • Shall have at least 15yrs. Experience out of which last 5 years should have been workingas Production Manager of a medium size factory having atleast 300 workers.• Must be Engineer graduate preferably from any of the premium institutes.• Must have good communication and man-management skills.• Will be responsible for the entire production of the factory including planning, machinemaintenance, ensuring productivity etc.• Oversee a workforce of 300 + employees in the manufacturing department• Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines• Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines• Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel• Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees• Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromisingproduct safety or integrity• Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels• Must be conversant with ISO audit and other statutory audits for the factory.• Leading a team of workforce including Supervisors in the Mattress factory, Foam factoryand Saudi Factory.• Co-ordinating with all department heads for meeting monthly production targets.• Planning production of Mattress, Headboards, Bases and all accessories and otherproducts. Co-ordinating all activities of production, starting from input ingredients up tothe storage and dispatch of finished goods.• Delegating job responsibilities to officers and supervisors.• Adopting cost control measures to reduce operating costs. • Adopting measures to minimize wastages resulting from production.• Adopting various methods/procedures/systems to improve department wise efficiencylevels.• Purchase of all materials on time.• Sourcing raw materials.• Vendor rating and vendor development.• Achieving saving in raw material purchases.• Sourcing alternate raw material to improve quality and to reduce costs. if intrested Kindly share your resume at [email protected]
