Provide and contribute to market research, market intelligence and other key information inputs on international market, countries, products, trends and competitions’ activities to help company formulate future business strategies and plans and to operationalize such plans. To monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends and competitors’ activity to identify business opportunities and adjust business strategies and plans to meet changing market dynamics and competitive conditions. Identifying and appointing agents in existing and new key markets. Sourcing products from domestic manufacturers and develop new vendors based on reliability, quality and better pricing. Also identify manufacturers having products with good export potential and forge close association with them for mutual benefits.
