Primary Responsibilities :
- To coordinate with clients & agencies for Tour Packages, hotel booking, airline and
- Processing flight and hotel booking with necessary visa and passport applications for tour
- Will have to maintain record of hotel ,flights and client based
- Liaising with agents in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel
- Making and confirming bookings with ground suppliers
- Issuing relevant documents time wise itinerary, meal charts & vouchers
- Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry
