Detailed Work Profile

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable transactions, and expense reports.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, regularly to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing annual budgets and forecasts by providing financial data, conducting variance analysis, and identifying trends to support informed decision-making by management.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations by preparing and filing tax returns, monitoring tax liabilities, and advising management on tax planning strategies.
• Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and support during financial audits to ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency improvements.
