Requirement: Purchase Position Years of Exp - 2-3 years Location:-  Sarkhej Bavla Road, Ahmedabad  Job Description: -  Source and procure materials, products, and services required for the company's operations. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and quality of products/services. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements that align with the company's requirements and budget constraints. Maintain and develop relationships with existing suppliers while actively seeking new supplier partnerships to expand the vendor network. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production, inventory management, and finance departments, to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of materials. Monitor and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory, optimizing inventory turnover. Evaluate supplier performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, delivery time, and cost, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to procurement and supply chain management. Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
