Hello All, Greetings!! We have urgent opening as a "Service engineer" in Srilanka location. Location : Srilanka Job Responsibilities :-   Timely submit service reports/ monthly reports alongwith travelexpenses and provide feedback as per prevalent system to office/seniors regarding service calls status on real time basis.ï‚· Ensure proper upkeep of tool kit on regular basis.ï‚· Should be well dressed, tidy & presentable when on duty.ï‚· Should have a mobile in working condition round the clock &attend promptly customers’ calls on mobile.ï‚· Should be prepared to attend service calls beyond office hours, incase of any emergency & situation demands.ï‚· Undertake frequent upcountry travelling & sometimes even atshort notice. Should atleast own a two-wheeler.ï‚· Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning dailytravel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests;resolving problems.ï‚· Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering andgathering components and parts; completing installation;performing acceptance tests.ï‚· Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints;identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods andtechniques; recommending system improvements.ï‚· Keeps personal equipment operating by following operatinginstructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies;performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.ï‚· Documents service and installation actions by completing forms,reports, logs, and records.ï‚· Maintains customer confidence by keeping service informationconfidential.ï‚· Updates job knowledge by participating in educationalopportunities; reading professional publications.ï‚· Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completingrelated results as needed. if intrested you can share your resume at [email protected]
