To manage Business Development Activities. To increase market coverage by identifying
potential new customers in existing markets, untapped regions and new countries using
various tools to generate leads and to get them on board with commercial business, thereby
contribute to sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
• Provide and contribute to market research, market intelligence and other key information
inputs on international market, countries, products, trends and competitions’ activities to help
company formulate future business strategies and plans and to operationalize such plans.
• To monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends and competitors’ activity to identify business
opportunities and adjust business strategies and plans to meet changing market dynamics
and competitive conditions.
• Identifying and appointing agents in existing and new key markets.
• Sourcing products from domestic manufacturers and develop new vendors based on
reliability, quality and better pricing. Also identify manufacturers having products with good
export potential and forge close association with them for mutual benefits.
• To identify short term and long-term sourcing opportunities from international traders based
overseas.
• Remuneration will be commensurate with experience. In addition to remuneration, incredibly
attractive performance-related incentives akin to profit sharing will be offered.
Strong track record of developing new export markets, having good connections with
overseas customers & with domestic API manufacturers. Quick to spot business
opportunities for value creation and a disciplined executor.
• Strong analytical skills and negotiation skills to optimize revenue and profitability. Ability to
build and manage good relations with customers and vendors.
• Confident, enthusiastic, self-starter, well organized, and result oriented with good command
over English language. Working knowledge of Spanish language will help.
• Should be familiar with the regulatory requirements of different markets
Male / Female candidates preferably Science / Pharmacy graduates with at least 3 years’
experience (for Sr. Executive) / 5 years’ experience for (Dy. Manager) / 7 years and above
(for Manager) strictly in similar field is a must.
