Customer Service Representative

Detailed Work Profile:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication platforms.
Provide detailed product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer
understanding and satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our product lineup to offer accurate information and support.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue upselling opportunities when appropriate.
Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
