Accounts Officer

Job Description: Accounts OfficerQualifications & Experience:

• Education: CA/M.Com
• Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records
• Oversee the finalization of accounts and prepare financial reports
• Ensure timely and accurate GST and tax filings
• Provide financial analysis and reports to management
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements
• Handle and resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues
• Collaborate with auditors for periodic audits
• Utilize FOCUS and MS Office for accounting tasks and reporting.

Required Skills:

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in FOCUS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding of GST, taxation, and financial reporting
• Accounting Skills:
  • Expertise in bookkeeping, finalization of accounts, and financial reporting
  • In-depth knowledge of day-to-day accounts management
• Analytical Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret financial data and generate useful insights
• Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with management and stakeholders
