Key responsibilities & duties:
1. Safety Inspections and Audits
A) Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across the LPG RO, Packed LPG & Bulk.
B) Identify potential hazards and suggest corrective actions.
2. Policy and Procedure Implementation
A) Assist in the implementation of safety policies and procedures.
B) Ensure all safety protocols are followed by employees.
3. Training and Education
A) Participate in safety training sessions and workshops.
B) Educate employees on safety standards and practices.
4. Incident Reporting and Investigation
A) Assist in the reporting and investigation of accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
B) Maintain accurate records of incidents and corrective actions taken.
5. Compliance
A) Ensure compliance with local, state, and safety regulations.
B) Stay updated on new safety laws and regulations.
6. Emergency Preparedness
A) Support the development and implementation of emergency response plans.
B) Conduct drills and training for emergency situations.
7. Documentation
A) Maintain and update safety documentation, including policies, procedures, tracking of NCR’s
and training records.
B) Other documentations as per company Policy.
C) Prepare reports and presentations on safety performance.
Note: Certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH-IGC, or equivalent are a plus.
