Key Accountabilities:Initiate, develop, implement, and manage daily sales and marketing processes with a go-to-market strategy centered around brand development.Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify key opportunities and understand changes in consumer patterns, market direction, and general tastes and preferences.Drive strong collaborative relationships and joint business plans with commercial partners and develop direct sales with a route to market centered around sustainable growth.Design, develop, and execute inter-departmental initiatives through cost-effective brand-building strategies.Raise brand awareness and deliver consumer loyalty.Establish and ensure that effective team business management systems, processes, and procedures are in place to enable a high-performing team and that these are executed consistently.Handle and resolve any warranty-related claims and coordinate with relevant parties.Spearhead the brand's architecture and develop various guidelines on the brand's market exposure.Ensure all sales, marketing, and education initiatives are coherent with the brand's DNA and positioning.Maintain relationships with suppliers and clients, encompassing product, initiatives, 360° multichannel assets, pricing, promotion, trade tools, education, and artistry.Design and execute daily operations within outlined budgets and initiate various internal operating procedures to ensure efficiency, quality, and optimum return on investment.Proactively and effectively manage the risk factors inherent in the business.Accountable for timely and detailed reports on sales and marketing departments of the internal business process.Responsible for the achievement of operational and financial results.Oversee processes of receivables and payables through invoicing operations.Manage and maintain stock and prepare forecasting reports for re-orders and replenishment.Key Requirements:A degree in Business/Marketing or related disciplines.Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience within sales, operations, and/or marketing fields.Preferably with a track record of working in the finance, logistics, and/or automotive industry.Strong business acumen.Mature, proactive with a hands-on approach, and strong interpersonal skills.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Experience with working in East Africa (bonus if Tanzanian experience).Fluent in English (Swahili is a bonus).
