Junior Product Manager

Overview:As a Junior Product Manager in our IT Service industry, you will assist in the planning, development, and execution of product strategies to meet customer needs and achieve business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and sales to drive product success throughout its lifecycle. You will be responsible for Product Demos and presentation of the existing products to clients.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead the product development team in creating the product road mapListen to and understand customer feedback, and respond to product suggestionsContribute to product pricing strategiesWork with a cross-functional team to determine the product's business modelDefine the marketing and PR strategies for the productRemain abreast of the latest industry trends and technologyMeet with clients and other key stakeholdersSupport the sales team by providing product information and demos of existing products to clients.Research and suggest new product development and refinements for existing productsWorking with the developers to deliver quality features and products within the expected timeline.

Key Skills Required;A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related fieldExceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skillsAbility to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutionsHigh level of comfort with technology and its developmentExcellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and communication skillsExcellent documentation skills along with in-depth knowledge of product strategy and hands on experience in giving demos for any existing products to clients.Preferably female candidates are preferred having experience in client interaction.
