We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the Director to provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.

• Support Directors in organizing and scheduling meetings.
• Manage follow-ups and external communication.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist in drafting reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
• Graduate from an English medium background is mandatory.

• Graduation: Any Graduate (Science preferably).
• Post-Graduation: Preferred but not mandatory.
• Special Course: Not specified.

• Pleasant personality.
• Good etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in Hindi.
