We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager - Sales and Sponsorship to join our Sales and Sponsorship department in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ad sales, media sales, and experience in TV and print industries. This role requires a driven individual who is excellent in communication and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in ad sales, media sales, TV, and print.
• Identify, prospect, and establish new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
• Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by providing top-notch service.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with the company's objectives and ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, developments, and new media opportunities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in ad sales, media sales, TV, and print industries.
• Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Sri Lankan.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Key Competencies: Strong knowledge of ad sales, media sales, TV, and print. Must have a results-driven attitude, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Personal Attributes: High level of professionalism, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Salary Range: USD 400 – 500 per month
