Sales/Fashion Consultant

Detailed Work Profile:

• Provide exceptional customer service and fashion consultation to clients.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing apparel and accessories based on their preferences and needs.
• Maintain and organize the sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is presented attractively and effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store environment.

Contract Duration: Permanent

Location of Posting:

• Chandigarh
• Bangalore

Experience Required: 1 to 2 years in retail or fashion sales (Freshers may also be considered)

Salary Budget: INR 25,000 per month

Number of Vacancies: 4 (2 in each location)

Education Profile Specifications:

• Graduation: Any Bachelor's degree preferred
• Post-Graduation: Not required
• Special Course: Training or certification in fashion, retail management, or customer service is a plus
