Job Title: Legal Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on matters relating to the company's operations.
• Draft, review, and advise on contracts and legal documents in various areas (e.g., trading policies, transport, shipping).
• Represent the company in negotiations and litigation in court.
• Research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Communicate and collaborate directly with the Board of Directors and international legal partners.
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively in a multi-tasking work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a lawyer's practice certificate.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the international legal field, with knowledge of both Civil and Common Law.
• Experience working in international companies or multinational organizations with exposure to international law.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in an international environment.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Open-minded and adaptable to new ideas, with a meticulous and careful approach to work.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.

Location: Primarily based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. If candidates prefer to work overseas, this can be negotiated.

Preferred Nationalities: Singaporean, Indian, or Malaysian.

CTC: AED 2500 – AED 4000
