Job Title: Plant P&A Head

We are seeking two highly experienced and qualified Plant P&A Heads to lead and manage the People & Administration (P&A) functions at our manufacturing facility in Becharaji, Gujarat. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing the entire gamut of HR, IR (Industrial Relations), General Administration, Legal and Statutory Compliances, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) functions within the plant. With a background in the manufacturing industry, you will drive HR strategies and ensure effective compliance with legal and statutory obligations.

1. End-to-End Plant P&A Management:

   • Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and employee engagement.

2. Industrial Relations (IR) & Compliance:

   • Handle complex IR matters, negotiate with unions, and resolve conflicts.
   • Ensure strong adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations.

3. HR Strategy & Execution:

   • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the plant's operational goals.
   • Foster a positive organizational culture and drive workforce productivity.

4. General Administration:

   • Manage day-to-day administrative functions including facilities management, security, and transportation for employees.

5. Legal & Statutory Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including labor laws, factory laws, and environmental norms.

6. Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS):

   • Ensure implementation of EHS policies and procedures, and compliance with safety standards.
   • Conduct regular safety audits and drive a culture of safety across the plant.

• Education: Full-time MBA/MSW/LLB
• Experience: 15-20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with extensive experience in end-to-end Plant P&A functions.
• Core Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Industrial Relations (IR) and Compliance.
  • Deep understanding of HR Strategy and General Administration.
  • Knowledge of Legal & Statutory compliances.
  • Proficient in EHS management.

INR 16-20 Lakhs per annum.

Candidates with a background in the manufacturing sector are highly preferred.
