Job Description: Production SupervisorDepartment: Production DepartmentDetailed Work Profile:1. Production Management:Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.Ensure production schedules are met and that products are delivered on time.Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency.2. Staff Management:Supervise production staff.Schedule and manage production team shifts.Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support.3. Quality Control:Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet the boutique’s standards.Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.4. Inventory Management:Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.5. Process Improvement:Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance production efficiency.Work with the production team to develop and refine production techniques.Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices.6. Compliance:Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.Maintain a clean and safe working environment.Ensure all production activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.7. Coordination and Communication:Liaise with designers, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.Communicate production status and any issues to management.Collaborate with the design team to understand product specifications and requirements.
