Job Title: Sales Manager - South (Ansys Software)
Location: Bangalore

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with 5 to 10 years of sales experience in CAE/CAD software (Ansys, Dassault, Siemens, Altair, etc.). The ideal candidate will have strong skills in building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, negotiating, and closing deals. They should also be capable of recruiting and managing a small team of sales engineers while handling operational issues as needed.

This role is based in our Bangalore office and reports to the Business Leader located in Hyderabad. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently, identify new business opportunities, and enjoy multi-tasking to resolve customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales efforts for the Ansys software portfolio (Ansys Structural, CFD, Electronics, and other related software).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
• Recruit, manage, and train a small team of sales engineers, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies through competitive market analysis.
• Focus on acquiring new customers and expanding the client base.
• Create and manage a pipeline of high-value accounts.
• Collaborate effectively with support and marketing teams to provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Maintain strong relationships with the Ansys team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Engineering degree from a recognized university.
• A proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Interest or experience in industries such as Electronics, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Rotating Machinery, Materials & Chemicals, Healthcare, or Civil Engineering.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of the key industries using CAE/CAD software.
