Detailed Work Profile:
Assist the Chef in cooking Udupi style vegetarian food, including tasks such as chopping vegetables, receiving incoming inventory, helping in the purchase of vegetables, washing utensils, and accepting incoming food delivery orders, ensuring any specific requirements (e.g., low salt, less oil) are communicated to the Chef.

Initially one year, extendable based on company and employee performance

The candidate should be willing to listen and not be stuck in their own mindset. This is a new business, and the candidate should appreciate the substantial need for flexibility in terms of work times, requests, and menu changes.

The candidate should have very good oral skills and a basic ability to understand customer requirements written in English.
