Job Title: Admin Incharge
Salary Range: ₹2,00,000 to ₹3,00,000 per annum
Education: Minimum Graduation

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Incharge to oversee and manage administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, supporting various departments, and maintaining effective communication channels.

• Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient functioning of the office.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a conducive working environment.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate communication and information flow.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for administrative tasks and processes.
• Assist in budgeting and financial management related to office administration.
• Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures.
• Supervise administrative staff and provide training and support as needed.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and issues related to office administration.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.

• Minimum graduate degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
