Salary: £40,000 per annum plus 20% performance bonus

Job Summary: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction. You will develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and foster strong relationships with clients while driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and development to the sales team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and drive sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales management role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
