Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• End-to-End Accounting: Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and basic forecasts to track the company's financial performance.
• Assist in tax processing, gst filing and audits
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Process invoices, manage payment schedules, and support collection efforts for accounts receivable.
• Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures, and assist with audits as needed.
•  Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Hands-on mentality and flexibility are part of your profile 
• You are a goal-oriented team player 
• You have a completed a diploma or degree in Accounting.
• You have a good knowledge of IT, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs 
• You have a critical attitude and numerical insight
• CA Inter is a must
