We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales and Marketing to spearhead our growth initiatives in the steel manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing sales team.

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with TMT bar distributors in Gujarat to expand market presence.
• Lead brand-building initiatives and effectively communicate value propositions to the market.
• Oversee and scale business operations, ensuring impactful marketing campaigns and strong client engagement.
• Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure alignment with company goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Post-Graduation: Preferred but not mandatory.

• Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments.

• Languages Known:

  • Proficiency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.

• In-depth understanding of the TMT bar and steel market in Gujarat.
• Proven negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with distributors.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to take ownership and responsibility.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent coordination and collaboration skills.
