Job Description:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients across diverse geographies, including governments, corporates, and financial institutions.
- Originate and manage new deal flows and client engagements in line with company strategy.
- Lead transactions across various sectors, including mandates sourced in-house or for strategic clients.
- Create solution proposals tailored to client requirements and drive dialogue between clients and project execution teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Analyze and review financial statements, identifying areas of concern and proposing actionable solutions.
- Execute strategies for new business lines and establish strategic partnerships or alliances.
- Capture prospective market needs and assess global trends in collaboration with executive leadership.

- Ability to quickly learn and offer bespoke solutions across a diverse product portfolio.
- Expertise in managing key client relationships with an extensive network.
- Solution-oriented mindset to convert client requirements into viable business opportunities.
- Strong leadership, people management, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and quick decision-making abilities.
- Master’s degree in Finance or a professional finance qualification.
