We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Leader with a strong background in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and energy segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the marketing strategies, developing brand positioning, and identifying business opportunities in key industry verticals, including food, pharmaceutical, and various project-based industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration in the EPC and energy sectors.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the food, pharmaceutical, and project industries.
• Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation and business development strategies, targeting key stakeholders and decision-makers in the industry.
• Content Marketing: Create and manage marketing content, including brochures, presentations, digital marketing assets, and case studies to support sales activities.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events) to boost brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and project teams to understand project requirements, customer pain points, and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the food, pharmaceutical, and project industries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the EPC, energy, or project-based industries.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EPC, energy, food, and pharmaceutical segments, with the ability to tailor marketing strategies for these industries.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and presentations.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, campaigns, and projects simultaneously.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, MS Office, and market research tools.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing industry trends and business needs.
• Immediate Availability: Candidates who can join immediately will be given priority.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
