We are seeking an experienced Project Planning, Scheduling, and Controls Manager to lead and oversee project planning and scheduling activities across various carbon and climate-related projects. The successful candidate will be the primary point of accountability for ensuring the successful execution of project timelines, resources, and budgets.

• Serve as the main point of accountability for project planning, scheduling, and controls across all climate-related projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules for ongoing and upcoming projects, incorporating timelines, resource allocation, and budget controls.
• Ensure cohesion, clarity, and consistency in project plans that involve inputs from multiple departments and extended project timelines.
• Acquire essential knowledge of the climate sector and understand various carbon project types such as AFOLU, Blue Carbon, Bio-Char, Renewable Energy, Sustainable Mobility, etc.
• Utilize tools like MS Projects, Zoho Projects, or Primavera to create, monitor, and manage end-to-end project schedules, from project origination to completion.
• Leverage data to manage project time and cost parameters, and provide proactive communication to operations teams and management for informed decision-making.
• Identify potential risks through data analysis and project monitoring, propose mitigation strategies, and keep team members informed.
• Collaborate effectively with project operations teams, subject matter experts, and project leads to develop and refine project plans.
• Stay updated with industry best practices in project controls and suggest improvements to processes and systems as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and corporate work culture.

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience exclusively in project planning and scheduling.
• At least 4 years of demonstrable experience in setting up, monitoring, and reporting on project controls for large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Projects, Zoho Projects, or Primavera.
• Strong data analysis skills for managing project time and cost parameters, and identifying potential risks.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work proactively with various stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management best practices and controls.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Open to candidates from various industries including Construction, EPC, Energy Infrastructure, IT, or Military.
• Preference for candidates with prior experience in Climate & Carbon Projects, Green Infrastructure, Sustainability, or ESG.
