We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Supervisor to oversee our interior design projects. The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating with workers, contractors, and external agencies, and ensuring that projects progress smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of woodworking, civil work, and interior design execution, along with excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

• Supervise and oversee all on-site activities for interior design projects.
• Coordinate with workers, contractors, and various external agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Assist in resolving any on-site issues or challenges and provide solutions promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, designers, and stakeholders regarding project status and progress updates.
• Ensure all materials and resources are available on site and managed efficiently.
• Enforce adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and company policies at the project site.

• Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in site supervision for interior design or architectural projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient understanding of woodworking, civil construction, architectural detailing, and interior design processes.
• Coordination Skills: Strong ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for precision, with a meticulous approach to quality and finishing.
• Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills for interacting with workers and contractors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
