Responsibilities:Deliver effective induction programsConduct Pre-joining Training in SMS, PSC, MARPOL, COSWP, Security, Navigation, pre-joining orientation, briefingWork closely with management to identify learning opportunities and develop appropriate training content to support company growth initiativesMonitor the company’s seafarer-related Competence Management SystemAssess the Company’s Career Development Initiative (CDI) / Command Partnership SchemeMonitor changes in statutory and regulatory training requirements to forecast training needs and ensure appropriate measures are implemented

Training ManagerLocation: MumbaiMinimum Experience: 5 years in marine-related training, including training design and development.Preferred Qualification: Master MarinerExperience: Bulk Carrier/Tanker shipping experience preferredKey Skills:Familiarity with Health, Safety, Environmental Protection, and Quality PolicyStrong verbal and written communication skills
