Hartex Rubber Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of bicycle and two-wheeler tires and tubes. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our business development and sales initiatives in Tanzania and East Africa, driving growth and strengthening our market position.

The Senior Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading and driving sales growth across Tanzania and East Africa.
• Managing and expanding relationships with existing importers.
• Identifying new business opportunities to increase market penetration.
• Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends and inform sales strategies.
• Developing and executing marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Representing the company at industry events and trade shows to build brand presence.
• Preparing and presenting sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management.

• Location of Posting: Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania
• Contract Duration: 1 year
• Experience Required: 7-10 years in international sales, preferably in East Africa.
• Salary Budget: Negotiable based on experience.

• Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
• Post-Graduation: MBA (preferred).
• Specialization: Relevant courses in international business or sales will be an advantage.
