Job Title: Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with a strong background in accounting principles and financial management to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role requires an experienced professional with exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

1. Accounting Management:

   • Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliation.
   • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

2. Financial Reporting:

   • Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
   • Handle periodic financial audits and ensure timely reporting to management.

3. Taxation & Compliance:

   • Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
   • Ensure adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations.

4. Budgeting & Forecasting:

   • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
   • Analyze financial data to forecast future financial trends.

5. Team Collaboration:

   • Coordinate with internal teams for financial data consolidation.
   • Support junior staff by guiding and resolving accounting-related issues.

6. Process Optimization:

   • Identify and implement improvements to enhance accounting efficiency.

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential).
  • Advanced certifications or courses in Accounting (preferred).

• Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.

• Key Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
