Job Title: Project ManagerDepartment: Leadership PositionDetailed Work Profile:Project Responsibility: Oversee the delivery of the project within the stipulated budget, schedule, and specified quality standards.Coordination: Work closely with architects and consultants to prepare designs, drawings, tender documents, etc.Marketing and Tender Process: Coordinate with the marketing team to lead the tender process and assist in finalizing various contracting agencies.Team Building: Assemble and manage a suitable team to execute the project, including both internal and external agencies.Financial Oversight: Certify bills and invoices from agencies.Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to the developer on the progress of the project.Project Leadership: Lead the construction project to successful completion.
